Experimental Core and Computational Core ("ECC") will be jointly headed by Drs. Sealfon and Sobie. This Core will consist of four interacting units. Each unit has distinct functions; however' these functions are part of an overall set of integrated activities. To achieve this integration on an ongoing basis, the units will function within a single core under the direction of Drs. Sealfon and Sobie. The goal of this organization is to provide cohesive leadership so that the four units interact with each other in a continuous manner to provide integrated support and enhancement of the research education, outreach and development activities of the Center.
