Evaluate the ability of Id-KLH and GM-CSF to induce cellular and humoral immune responses in patients with low-grade B-cell/mantle cell lymphoma following autologous stem cell transplantation. Evaluate the ability of Id-KLH and GM-CSF to induce or maintain complete clinical or molecular remission in patients with low-grade B-cell/mantle cell lymphoma following autologous stem cell transplantation
