Sister Study TASK ORDER 02: CHRONIC DISEASE VALIDATION & ANALYSES IN THE SISTER STUDY

本不可分割的CPFF任务订单的目的是为核心任务订单001下不作为重复活动进行的数据和生物样品的特定非重复验证和分析活动提供支持。承包商要完成的活动应包括以下方面：人体生物样品的处理、分析和跟踪；获取医疗记录或医师验证和病理细节，以补充问卷调查数据；对数据进行提取、录入、编辑、更新和记录；样品分析的分包；确保数据和样本的质量、完整性和安全性，促进数据分析和协作研究，并提供数据处理和统计分析支持。

The purpose of this non-severable, CPFF Task Order is to provide support for specific non-recurring validation and analysis activities of data and biological samples not conducted as recurring activities under Core Task Order 001. Contractor activities to complete shall include the following areas: handling, analysis, and tracking of human biological samples; acquiring medical records or physician verification and pathological details to complement questionnaire data; abstracting, keying, editing, updating and recording data; subcontracting for sample analysis; assuring the quality, integrity and security of data and samples, facilitating data analysis and collaborative studies, and providing data processing and statistical analysis support. Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment and facilities not otherwise provided by the Government or under Task Order 001 – Core Activities, as needed to perform the Statement of Work (SOW). Subcontractors shall be recommended and selected based on best value with respect to considerations such as qualifications, funding agency approval, facilities, prior research experience, quality control, limits of detection, ability to handle samples contained in straws, previous and upcoming contracts, etc.
