Collabative planning in value chain

在今天的经济中，大多数企业通过创新和与供应商、客户和合作伙伴更紧密的整合来预见自己的未来，形成具有竞争力的价值链。价值链内各业务单位的自主性程度不同，因此需要采用协作规划方法，以协调和同步向最终客户提供产品和服务所需的分散活动。在这项研究中，我们研究了创新的基于网络的协同规划方法的影响，这些方法包括协同工作流和分布式高级规划过程和方法。我们的目标是将构成价值链的企业各自的计划域联系起来。由于价值链内的协作规划方法可能会给所涉及的业务单位带来不同的收益/损失，因此本研究计划探索和研究激励和收益分享原则，以帮助在价值链内建立可持续的协作。

In today's economy, most enterprises foresee their future through innovative and tighter integration to their suppliers, customers and partners forming a competitive value chain. The different levels of autonomy of the business units within the value chain raises the need for collaborative planning approaches in order to coordinate and synchronize the distributed activities needed to deliver the products and services to the end-customers. In this research, we study the impact of innovative web-based collaborative planning approaches that include collaborative workflows and distributed advanced planning processes and methods. Our aim is to link the respective planning domains of the enterprises constituting the value chain. Because the collaborative planning approaches within the value chain may result in different benefit/lost to the business units involved, this research program explore and study incentives and benefit sharing principles in order to help building sustainable collaboration within the value chain.
