The Canadian Institute of Nuclear Physics

加拿大核物理研究所（Canadian Institute for Nuclear Physics，简称CINP）是一个由机构成员所有并由机构成员和个人成员运营的非营利性公司，其宗旨是促进加拿大核物理研究和教育。目前的提案允许大大扩展CINP的活动，继续其自2008年成立以来在加拿大核物理学界的作用。CINP的设想作用包括为nserc赞助的下一个长期计划提供投入，继续为与核物理研究有关的会议和研讨会提供支持，支持研究生和本科生参加会议，为本科生提供研究机会，并为创建两个博士后奖学金提供帮助。

The Canadian Institute for Nuclear Physics, CINP, is a non-profit corporation owned by the Institutional Members and operated by the Institutional and Individual Members for the benefit of nuclear physics research and education in Canada.  The present proposal allows for a significant expansion of the activities of the CINP, continuing the progression of its role in the Canadian nuclear physics community since its inception in 2008. The envisioned role of the CINP includes providing input for the next NSERC-sponsored Long Range Plan, continuing to provide support for conferences and workshop pertaining to nuclear physics research, support both graduate and undergraduate students to attend conferences, provide for research opportunities for undergraduate students, and provide assistance to create two post-doctoral fellowships.
