医学影像已发展成为健康受试者和神经脑血管疾病患者研究和诊断的关键组成部分。我的研究重点是开发新的先进的和针对问题的图像分析方法，使临床研究人员能够基于磁共振成像和计算机断层扫描数据集产生关于疾病的新知识，这是标准图像分析工具无法实现的。新算法和生成的知识可用于推进疾病理解，并支持临床专家使用先进的图像分析算法进行诊断和治疗决策，从而实现个性化精准医疗。

Medical imaging has evolved to become a key component for research and diagnosis in healthy subjects and patients with neurological and cerebrovascular disorders. My research focus is the development of novel advanced and problem-tailored image analysis methods that enable clinical researchers to generate new knowledge about diseases based on magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography datasets, which would not be possible with standard image analysis tools. The novel algorithms and generated knowledge can be used to advance disease understanding and support clinical experts in diagnosis and treatment decision making using advanced image analysis algorithms, thereby enabling personalized precision medicine.
