Three new 3,8-epoxy iridoids, jatamanins V–X (1-3), and three known ones (4-6), were obtained from the roots and rhizomes ofValeriana jatamansi. The structures of1-3were determined through their NMR and high-resolution mass spectroscopic analysis. Among them, compounds1and2were a pair of C-4 diastereomers. Additionally, all compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic effects against glioma stem cells.
