Letbe a dimensiongabelian variety together with a levelntheta structure over a fieldkof odd characteristic. We thus denote bythe associated standard basis. For a positive integerrelatively prime tonand the characteristic ofk, we study change of level algorithms which allow one to compute leveltheta functionsfrom the knowledge of levelntheta functionsor vice versa. The classical duplication formulas are an example of change of level algorithm to go from levelnto level 2n. The main result of this paper states that there exists an algorithm to go from levelnto levelinoperations ink. We derive an algorithm to compute an isogenyfrom the knowledge ofandisotropic for the Weil pairing which computesf(x) forinoperations ink. We remark that this isogeny computation algorithm is of quasi-linear complexity in the size ofK.
