This is the Eighth Dissertations Symposium on Chemical Oceanography to be held in November, 1988. Twenty-six chemical oceanographers who have recently or have nearly received their PhD degree present their theses dissertations, contribute to discussions, participate in working groups and meet with other attendees and sponsors to discuss their work and future activities. The symposium is sponsored by ONR, NSF and NOAA.
