This project is to support travel and activities (2 meetings) of a U.S. Planning Group to develop a research plan for Phase 5 of the U.S. - Japan Cooperative Earthquake Research Program. This Phase will be concerned with Composite and Hybrid structures. The activities of the U.S. Planning Group will parallel those of the Japan Planning Group which are already in progress and being implemented under the UJNR program.
