9510116 HAYES This action creates a Bareboat Charter Party Agreement between the United States of America and the Trustees of the Columbia University in the City of New York for the operation of the Research Vessel MAURICE EWING. This action is taken in accordance with Article 7 of Cooperative Agreement OCE 88-22860 "Replacement of the R/V CONRAD" which gives the Foundation the option to have title to the R/V MAURICE EWING (Ex BERNIER) vested in the U.S. Government upon completion of the Agreement. ***
