Uniax Corp. will develop large size, linear photodiode arrays and 2D photodiode matrices fabricated from semiconducting polymers and polymer blends. The proposed innovation will have impact in the digital camera market by enabling a much lower cost sensor head. It is also expected to have impact in digital scanner heads and a variety of sensor heads for scientific and commercial applications.
