As indicated in the application for the priority program, we plan to organize several different kinds of meetings. The proposal is based on the experience we have had during the last two and a half years. In this time 34 different activities have been supported (and there are still a few to come till the end of the project's first period), ranging from big workshops like the annual meetings of the SPP with more than 120 participants, over summer schools to small specialized workshops. It has turned out that these meetings have been very important for the scientific development within the community, and we plan to keep the number and the variety of the different activities.
