Workshop: Linking Teachers to Research Experiences Program

This award provides funding to Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) for the support of a Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) Workshop to be held at IIT on September 27, 2003. This workshop will bring together NSF Principal Investigators supported by four NSF Directorates, K-12 teachers, and community college faculty from the Chicago, IL area for the purpose of describing the opppotunities for teachers and community college faculty to participate in a research experience with a NSF-funded principal investigator.
