Effective field theories for heavy probes of hot plasma

本项目的研究内容是为研究重探测器在对撞机和宇宙环境下的产生和性质而发展和正式构建新的有效场论。特别地，我们在该项目第一阶段获得的结果的基础上，研究了强耦合QCD等离子体中夸克子抑制的有效理论描述，以及热等离子体中超出标准模型粒子的热产生的有效场论处理，相关的CP不对称性以及对细生研究的影响。

The research of this project deals with the development and the formal construction of new effective field theories for the study of heavy probes production and properties in collider and cosmological environments. In particular we build on the results obtained in the first period of this project to investigate an effective theory description for quarkonium suppression inside a strongly coupled QCD plasma as well an effective field theory treatment for the thermal production of beyond the standard model particles in a hot plasma, the related CP asymmetries and the impact on leptogenesis studies.
