Subproject Database and Synthesis will be central for the integration of the research unit by being responsible for (1) managing the data of the research project, (2) giving statistical advice to the subprojects, and (3) leading synthesis work including meta-analyses of the results obtained in the Jena Experiment and in natural and managed ecosystems.
