ABSTRACT0526905Dick, Henry J.Under this award the PIs propose to study in detail the peridotites dredged at 40 sites along the SW Indian Ridge between 10 and 25 East. Analyses include electron microprobe analyses of minerals and ion probe analyses of pyroxenes. In addition, they propose to construct maps of the region, based on their field studies.Broader impacts include student involvement, international collaboration and some others.
