Within the frame of the coordination project activities are planned which are dedicated to promote the priority program to become a real coordinated program instead of a collection of independent single projects. In this way the main scientific goals of the program will be strengthened and the international reputation of the programme will be enhanced. Aside the usual measure like annual progress workshops three core actions are planned to reach this goal:> direct coordination by the coordinator on the basis of visits at the sites of the participating groups, to identify interaction possibilities among the groups and to stimulate cooperative work> staff meetings in thematically oriented groups fostering the regular exchange of information between staff members of all participating teams> a visiting scientist program integrating international expertise into the program as well as enhancing its international visibility.Moreover the coordination project will be focused to the support of young scientists especially using the junior-project program enabling young researchers to prepare for an own proposal within the priority program.
