项目摘要

本研究の目的は，ランダム・ウォーク・サンプリングに基づくソーシャル・ネットワークの詳細かつ正確な解析手法を開発し，世界規模の人間同士の繋がりから成る社会構造のより深い理解を可能にすることである．令和4年度には，主に以下の2つの成果を挙げた．第一に，ランダム・ウォークを用いてごく一部のグラフデータをサンプリングし，そのサンプルから元のソーシャル・ネットワークを復元する手法を国際会議 ICDE 2022にて発表した．国際会議 ICDE 2022はソーシャル・ネットワーク解析を扱う分野トップの査読有り国際会議である．本研究で開発した解析手法は，Python 言語およびC++言語で利用可能なライブラリとして公開されている．第二に，ランダム・ウォークを用いてごく一部のグラフデータをサンプリングし，そのサンプルからネットワーク特徴量を推定する手法を提案した．提案手法は，ランダム・ウォークの実行を妨げる友人非公開ユーザ（例：Twitterの鍵アカウント）がネットワークにランダムに分布する場合に，代表的なネットワーク特徴量であるノード数と平均次数，次数分布，ラベル密度を5%未満の少量のサンプルで高精度に推定することを可能にした．本研究成果は，2020年の国際会議 KDD 2020で発表した研究成果を拡張したものであり，査読有り論文誌 ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data に採録された．

The purpose of this study is to develop a detailed and accurate analysis method for the development of social structures in the world, and to deepen the understanding of social structures in the world. In the fourth year of the order, the main and the following 2 achievements were recorded. The first is the international conference ICDE 2022 on the development of new technologies and technologies. The second is to propose a method for estimating the characteristic quantity of a part of the data. The proposal method is that, in the case of the distribution of the occurrence of a friend's non-public communication (e.g., Twitter's key), the representative occurrence of a friend's characteristic quantity is the average number of times, the frequency distribution, the density of the group is less than 5%, and a small amount of information is estimated with high accuracy. The research results of KDD 2020 are published in the journal ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data.
