项目摘要

1.【研究1】出産後の初産婦とその夫を対象としたオンライン出産前教育のニーズ調査によって収集した質的データについて質的帰納的分析を行った。2.【研究2】初産婦とその夫に対する初めての子育て生活への適応を促すハイブリッド型オンライン出産前教育の開発と【研究3】初産婦とその夫に対する初めての子育て生活への適応を促すハイブリッド型オンライン産後子育て支援の開発を【研究２】を先行させて以下のように行い、出産前教育動画と出産後子育て支援動画を開発した。1)親役割理論に基づき、親となる初産婦夫婦を対象に初めての子育て生活への適応を促すという教育目標のもと【研究1】の結果も踏まえて、出産前と産後の看護目標を明確にした。2）1)で明確にした出産前と産後看護目標に対応して、夫婦用（オンデマンド）、夫用（オンデマンド）として提供する内容を検討した。夫は妊娠出産の主体者ではなくかつ里帰り等の社会的理由によりわが子と接する機会が少ないため、妻に比べて親役割獲得が２か月くらい遅れることが明らかになっているので、それを補完する父親役割モデルの提供を夫用動画（初めて父親となった男性の体験談等）として、出産前教育プログラムと産後子育て支援プログラムの中に組み込みことにした。3）2)で検討した出産前教育プログラム（オンデマンド：２～３時間毎に世話が必要な新生児との生活を現実的にイメージできる内容等）と産後子育て支援プログラム（オンデマンド：新生児の生理と能力に対応した効果的なやり取り、よくある心配事の対応等）について計11編の動画を作成した。
