研究代表者は、13世紀のペルシア神秘主義詩の最高峰、ジャラールッディーン・ムハンマド・ルーミー(Jalal al-Din Muhammad Balkhi Rumi, d.1273, 以下慣例に従い「ルーミー」)の一大叙事詩『精神的マスナヴィー』の逸話部分に関し、既に終わらせていた下訳の推敲を、昨年度に引き続き丹念に進めた。また、前科研の中途より着手した『精神的マスナヴィー』のデータベース作成に関し、コニヤ版を底本とし、研究代表者が第３巻の2835ベイトまでを校閲した後、入力班の協力によりデータベースへの入力作業を進めた。これにより、第３巻の2835ベイトまでは、語彙・語句レベルの検索が随時可能となり得る環境が整えられたことになる。なお、第３巻の2835ベイトまでは、ルーミー研究者として名高いニコルソンがコニヤ版を参照できなかった部分とされるため、この部分までのデータベースが完成した意義は大きいと言えよう。当初、2022年度中に第３巻すべて（全4808ベイト）の校閲と入力作業を終える予定であったが、研究代表者の体調不良（コロナ罹患とその後遺症、指定難病の発症）により、第３巻の2835ベイトまでに留まらざるをえなくなった。よって、今後の研究は、研究代表者の体調と相談しつつ、最終年度にあたる2023年度中に、第３巻の残りのベイトと、可能な範囲で第４巻の入力を進めていく。『精神的マスナヴィー』全６巻のデータベースを完成させるため、研究代表者が再び科学研究費助成事業に応募することによって、第５巻と第６巻の校閲と入力作業、そしてデータベース全体の確認作業をおこない、全世界で活用されるデータベースを完成させる所存である。なお、データベースの完成とほぼ同時期に、『精神的マスナヴィー』の逸話部分の翻訳の推敲をすべて終え、国内での出版を目指す。

In the beginning, in the middle of 2022, the revision and input work of the 3rd volume (all 4808 entries) were scheduled to be completed, and the study representative's body tone was poor (the sequelae of the disease and the specified difficult disease). The 2835 entries of the 3rd volume were reserved. For future research, research representatives will be invited to participate in the final year of 2023. For the third year of 2023, there will be a chance to participate in the fourth year. "Spirit" all six volumes of the document to complete the research representatives and scientific research funding for the cause of funding, the fifth and sixth volumes of the revision and input work, the whole world to confirm the work, the world to complete the existence of the document. At the same time as the completion of the event, the translation and refinement of the anecdote part of "Spiritual ー" has been completed, and its domestic publication is highlighted.
