今年度は、引き続き行動経済学を踏まえつつ、企業を成立させる仕組みを「アーキテクチャー」として位置付けた研究成果を、著書 (朝岡, 2022a) として体系的に発表した。そこでは、企業を取り巻くステークホルダーとして、株主に代表される投資家と、経営者との間の緊張関係に着目し、その基礎となる法制度と、その成立における交渉力の作用を明らかにすると共に、資本市場において投資家が要求する資本コストの意義と影響について分析した。そして、人間の感情、心理や感性を中心に置いた企業のあり方を提案した。次に、その理論を用いて、具体的な欧米の企業や投資家における事象を分析したものとして、論文 (朝岡, 2022b) を発表した。また、具体的な法制度への応用に発展させ、スプリットオフと呼ばれる企業の組織再編手法の制度化の提案を、学会発表および論文 (朝岡, 2022c, d) として発表した。さらに、企業を取り巻く多様で複雑なステークホルダーの価値の保護の観点から、認知の範囲に限界を有する人間の判断において、判断のための尺度の一貫性と統一性の重要性や、多数の目標を同時に追求することの困難性を、著書 (Asaoka, 2022) において分析した。同書では、アーキテクチャーが、ステークホルダーの心理的なフレーミングにも影響を与える観点を、米国各州で法制化が進むパブリック・ベネフィット・コーポレーション (PBC) の意義と結び付けた。最後に、複雑な要素を言語化してステークホルダー間の利害の調整を図る手法として、契約法に基づくアーキテクチャーに着目し、その事例としてインフラ投資を分析し、論文 (Asaoka, 2023) として発表した。これらの研究を通じて、企業とそれを取り巻く投資家を中心とするステークホルダーとの相互作用の分析や現実の法制度に反映される提案を行った。
