项目摘要

本研究の目的は，自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）児のコミュニケーションと関連の深い語用論的能力に対する実証的検討を行い，そのデータに基づいたナチュラルサポーターによる日常的支援モデルを構築し，その効果を検証することである。ナチュラルサポーターとは，養育者をはじめとする家族や保育者などの障害児者と日常をともに過ごす人々である。2022年度は，母子の相互作用場面の映像を用い，ASD特性の連続体上での語用論的情報活用の特徴とその関連要因を検討した。その結果，心情推測の手がかりに着目すると，ASD群の約6割は単一の手がかりのみを使用しており，TD群は1名を除き，複数の手がかりを使用していた。ただし4割弱のASD群も複数の手がかりを使用しており，ASD・TD群の多様性及び方略の違いが明らかとなった。この多様性に着目し，参加者全員を単一・複数手がかり群に分けた。この手がかりパターンは，生活年齢，抽象語理解検査及び表情識別課題の正答率には関連がなかった。一方，心情推測課題での注視点は，単一手がかり群が複数手がかり群よりも，目領域への注視頻度が低かった。AQ総合得点及び下位尺度の社会的スキル，コミュニケーション，想像力の各得点では，単一手がかり群は複数手がかり群に比べ，得点が高かった。以上から，語用論的情報活用でのASD特性との関連が示唆された。日常場面では，話者の心情推測時の手がかりとしての情報の統合がASD特性の程度によって異なることをASD・TD双方が認め合い，個々の特性を長所として活かせるような配慮や支援が欠かせないといえた。また，2022年度は，ナチュラルサポーター養成講座を8回開催し，ASDをはじめとする神経発達症群に対する基礎的な理解と研究知見に基づいた支援に関する講演及びワークショップを実施した。
