项目摘要

本年度は昨年度に続き先行研究と情報収集を継続しながらフィールド調査を実施することである。１．障害者雇用支援、社会連帯経済と保育：障害者雇用の課題として、職務に対する資格・技能を満たしていないことが挙げられる。その点に関連し、日本とフランスの保育士資格取得に関する欠格事項について文献資料調査を行った。日本のケースについて、2023年3月30日・31日に行われた国際シンポジウムColloque international Enfance et Handicap : discrimination, voix et pouvoir d'agir, inclusionにて報告を行った。２．保育実践における障害保育者の課題：あらゆる労働者は、就労に関して労働安全基準に基づき、労務提供の範囲が業務内容に明示される。その中で、保育は人へのサービスであり、ケアする・される応答的な行為と協働作業の中から新たな関係性が生じていく。こうして変化する関係性によって採用当時とは異なる環境の中で、職務内容が再定義されることが想定される。①障害者雇用全般の抱える課題と何が異なり、共通するのか、②それらを克服するための工夫は何か、③新たに生み出される保育実践のプロセスとそれに対する意義について、当事者、保育サービスの利用者、保育事業者、障害者雇用支援者等の視点から、どのように解釈されているのか、である。そして、保育実践において重要とされる④子ども主体の保育の概念において、障害との関わりに焦点をあてた分析を行う。①と②から障害労働者が保育者としてキャリア形成していくことから以下を調査した。マラコフおよびリヨンの保育士養成校の教員、当事者の学生、卒業生および支援教員にインタビュー調査を行った（継続中）。③および④については来年度の課題である。本調査の結果は2023年5月13日日本保育学会にて報告予定である。

The concept of conservation is important for conservation practice, and the focus of conservation analysis is important for conservation practice.
