项目摘要

本研究は3年間の計画であり、主な目的は以下の3点であった。（１）知的障害のある子どもの放課後活動やその支援に関する保護者のニーズを整理し、望ましい支援体制の整備や方法論を明らかにする。（２）「放デイ」事業所において知的障害のある子どもを支援する際に支援者が抱える困り感やニーズを整理し、支援者支援や養成における課題を明らかにする。（３）上記の2つの研究結果を踏まえ、知的障害のある子どもやその保護者と支援者の双方のニーズを満たす支援を実施し、放課後支援の充実と支援者養成に対する効果を検証することで、支援体制の整備や支援者支援の方法論について提案する。このうち、当該年度は（２）の目的を達成するため、事業所での支援者が抱える支援ニーズを整理、検討する計画であったが、新型コロナウイルスの影響で事業所での調査が計画できず、放課後生活を含めた余暇の過ごし方が保護者のメンタルヘルスに与える影響を検討することに変更した。先行研究を参考に、特別支援学校高等部に在籍する知的障害のある生徒の保護者244名を対象に質問紙調査を行ったところ、165名から回答があり、そのうち欠損値を含まない129名分のデータを分析した。このデータについて、現在分析中であり、今後論文投稿を予定している。また、前年度に実施した（１）の目的を達成するための調査研究について論文にまとめ、日本社会福祉学会が編集する機関誌「社会福祉学」第64巻1号に掲載されることが決定した。

This study is a 3-year plan, the main purpose is the following 3 points. (1) To clarify the methodology for organizing and supporting the system of protection and after-school activities and support related to the prevention of harm. (2) The problem of knowledge and support of the enterprise is clear. (3) The research results of the above 2 documents provide evidence for the implementation of support for both protectors and supporters, the implementation of after-school support, and the development of support for both protectors and supporters. When the objectives of (2) are achieved in the current year, the support of the business office is organized and discussed, and the impact of the new business office is investigated and discussed. The after-school life includes leisure and the impact of the business office is discussed. 244 respondents to the questionnaire survey conducted by the Advanced Research Department of the Special Support School, including 129 respondents to the questionnaire survey. This article is published in Chinese. The purpose of the previous year's survey was achieved, and the report was published in the Journal of Social Welfare, No. 64, No. 1, compiled by the Japan Social Welfare Society.
