本研究は，現代社会を生きる上でデジタル機器の使用スキルを高めることが求められる教育現場で，児童・生徒にネット依存に陥らせることなく適切にネットメディア機器を使用する力を子どもたちに身につけさせるために，心理教育や授業の教材を提供し，学校で組織的，継続的にネット依存・防止を促す教育支援モデルの構築を目指すものである。令和４年度は，４月から研究に興味をもっていただいた三重県の公立中学校の数校を周り研究の説明を行った。その結果，２学期に三重県の公立中学校２校で研究を実施させていただいた。１校（A校）については教育支援モデルの開発のご協力を得て，10月に心理教育を全学年の生徒に対してオンラインで行い，その後，11月には全学年でネットメディア機器の使用に対する各クラスのルール作りの授業を担任の先生に行っていただいた。その後に心理教育で使用したワークシートの確認とルールが守られているかの確認を定期的にホームルーム等で行っていただいた。もう1校（B校）については今年度は心理教育のみを全学年に対して対面で行わせていただいた。両校とも，その前後に心理教育の前に質問紙調査を心理教育の前に1回，心理教育後に2回に行っていただいた。その結果，ネットメディア機器の使用時間については，A中学校が低下し，定期的な学校での確認やクラス内でのルール作りが効果的であることが推測された。学校で継続的に見守ることが必要である。ネット依存傾向については本心理教育が遠隔でも対面でも効果があることが示された。また，過去の行動が現在に影響を与え，現在の行動が未来に影響を与えることの意識が高まることや，将来に対する希望や目標を渇望する姿勢も高まることが示された。
