项目摘要

本研究は、学校教室において、コロナ時代の空気質や温熱の教室環境の質を担保しながら、エネルギー消費抑制やZEB化を指向するために、環境配慮を誘導するための運用指針の作成及び運用更新を長期短期の両面から整理することを目的としている。しかし、コロナ禍の換気に対する学校側の運用対策、ギガスクールの電気機器運用など、自治体によって運用方法の相違が想定より広がっている。本年度は主に以下の研究項目を進めた。１）静岡県下の全自治体の学習環境現況調査：コロナ禍で制約が多かった2021年度をうけて、2022年度にひとつの基礎自治体に絞って詳細調査を行った。X市教育委員会を通じて、全小学校の教員に対し、教室運用の詳細なアンケート調査を夏期、冬期に実施した。また、懸案となっている教室室温、自然換気に関する個別詳細調査を行った。本研究成果は日本建築学会にて発表を予定している。２）普通教室に空調設備導入したF市小学校学習環境の詳細調査：当初予定していた実測調査（F市小学校の抽出校を選定し、学校内の教室温熱環境と各所のエネルギー消費量の詳細計測）については、エネルギー消費量計測器の納品遅延によりデータ取得が進んでいなかったが、2022年秋にようやく実測開始できた。2022年度末にはまだ通年データになっていないため、2023年度までデータ取得を継続する。また、温熱環境とエネルギー消費量の状況整理とZEB化にむけた運用効率化に関する試算を行う。
