项目摘要

当該年度の研究目的は、「看護学生の自己の成長につながった経験・つながらなかった経験を明らかにすること」である。看護学生にとって自己を大きく成長させる出来事として対象者と直接かかわる看護学実習は重要な位置づけとされていることから、研究実施にあたり、令和4年度（2022年度）のCOVID-19による看護基礎教育（特に、臨地実習）への影響についての文献検討や情報収集を行った。結果、社会の動向としては行動制限の緩和された一方、臨床現場への影響は継続していた。具体的には、看護学実習において一部の領域のみ実施で、感染拡大状況により学内でのシミュレーション実習やVRの導入などによる工夫のもと代替実習が取り入れられていた。また、臨床での看護学実習が可能な場合でも、医療機関での滞在時間の短縮や、患者との接触は15分以内で見学中心という状況であった。いくつかの研究報告では、学内でのシミュレーション教育による思考過程の強化が図られるという見解が多く出されてたが、リアルな臨床での実習経験不足が、コミュニケーション能力や看護ケア実践力の獲得に影響を及ぼしていることが報告されていた。コロナ禍においても経験学習を基に、学生は看護師としての能力獲得をしていることは推察するが、コロナ禍前の文献検討をした結果、指導者と学生の関わりの場面では、患者へのケア場面が多く語られており、教えるタイミングを見極め、発問を用いて試行を促す、指導者とのリフレクションの重要性が明らかにされており、コロナ禍において看護学生が自己の成長につながったと考える経験は、ある特殊な状況下におかれた語りとなることが推察された。
