今年度は実験を行うことができた。下記に実験内容及び結果を示す。【方法】１．対象者：抗血小板薬および抗凝固薬を内服していない健康な成人18名（42.6±7.5歳；男性７名、女性11名）２．実験方法：同一対象者に温罨法（実験群）する実験および温罨法をしない（対照群）実験を行った。実験群のみ5分間40℃の温罨法を左肘窩部に行い、対照群は5分間なにもせず臥床してもらった。データ収集手順は、実験群、対照群ともに介入前に皮膚温（コアテンプCM-210；TERUMO）の測定を行い、メモリ付き駆血帯で75 mmHgの圧で駆血した上で血管断面積画像をエコー(Vscan Air；GE Health Care)で撮影した。そして、介入後も同様の手順で皮膚温測定と血管断面積画像の撮影を行った。また、どちらの群も介入後に血中NOを測定するための血液サンプルを22 Gの翼状針付きホルダーで2 mL採血した。また、温罨法の持ち越し効果を避けるために対照群→実験群の順でデータ収集を行い、さらに対照群と実験群の間に30分の間隔を設けた。３．分析方法：エコーで撮影した血管断面画像から血管周囲径を測定し、血管断面積（血管周囲径/π/2）2×πを算出した。血中一酸化窒素は採取した血液を遠心分離して抽出した血漿をAmicon Ultraで徐タンパクし、Bio Assay SystemsのNO2/NO3 Assay Kit-FXを用いて測定した。介入群と対照群のNO、血管断面積の変化量および皮膚温変化量をWilcoxon testで比較し、有意水準は5％未満とした。【結果】実験群と対照群を比較したNO、血管断面積変化量、皮膚温変化量の値を表に示す。NOは実験群が対照群と比較して有意に低かった。血管断面積および皮膚温の変化量は実験群が対照群と比較して有意に高かった。
