本研究は，「精神科熟練看護師の臨床場面での複雑な問題解決を支える実践知はどのような構造を有すか」という点に着目し，精神科看護師を対象に，研究調査1として困難事例を用いた半構成的面接により実践知の構造を解明するとともに，研究調査2で熟練看護師への参加観察法を実施することを計画している。本研究において，面接調査を熟練看護師と新人看護師に対して実施することで，実践知が実際の臨床場面ではどのように用いられているのか，その具体的様相を明らかにする。また，上記2つの研究によって精神科熟練看護師がもつ実践知の構造と特徴を明らかにし，精神科において熟練看護師の実践知の伝授を可能とする教育プログラムの構築を目指すものである。2022年度は，面接調査に使用する事例を作成するために，国内の該当する文献を収集整理し，分析に着手するとともに，事例作成にあたって実際に臨床で働いている看護師から情報収集を実施した。
