本研究は、育児をする父母のみならず地域に居住する高齢者の役割に着目したソーシャル・キャピタル（Social Capital: SC）の醸成という介入を含むアクション・リサーチによって、育児環境に注目して父母の健康を改善する具体的な方法を明らかにすることである。本研究では、我が国の大都市近郊の小規模都市として一般的な特徴をもつA市において、①現状の把握と改善策の検討 (Plan)、②事業の実施(Do)、③評価(Check)、④評価に基づいた改善 (Action) の提案を行う。今年度は4月からA市で行う定期健診（4か月、1歳6か月、3歳、5歳）を受診する児の父母を対象に現状の調査を開始した。2023年2月時点で、各健診でのデータ回収数は、4か月が420(父親:199、母親:221)、1歳6か月が386(父親:179、母親:207)、3歳が421(父親:192、母親:229)、5歳が490(父親:220、母親:270)、合計が1717(父親:790、母親:927)となった。この現状把握の調査を、2023年3月まで行う予定である。また、A市で行われている高齢者を対象とした活動の把握を行い、育児支援も行っている高齢者施設の施設長や関係者へのインタビューを行った。しかし、コロナウイルス感染拡大のために高齢者や育児をする父母とは接触はできていなかった。今年度末までには、現状把握の質問紙調査がほぼ完了する予定である。

This study aims to identify specific ways to improve the health of parents who live in a high school environment and who are involved in the development of Social Capital (SC). This study is aimed at the following aspects: (1) the general characteristics of small cities in suburban areas of China;(2) the Plan for improvement;(3) the implementation of business;(4) the evaluation; and (5) the proposal for improvement. This year, we will conduct regular health check-ups (4 months, 1 year, 6 months, 3 years, 5 years old) for parents. In February 2023, the number of visits by health care provider was 420(father:199, mother:221), 386(father: 179, mother:207), 421(father:192, mother:229), 490(father:220, mother:270), totaling 1717(father:790, mother:927). The investigation of the current situation is scheduled for March 2023. A city, A city. The child is a child, and the child is a parent. At the end of this year, the survey on the status quo is completed and scheduled.
