本研究目的は訪問看護を利用している在留外国人におけるACP(アドバンスドケアプランニング)プロセスの実践的モデル構築に関する研究課題を明確にするための調査と半構成的インタビューにより、ACPの課題を明らかにすることである。2022年度は在留外国人のACPプロセスの実態調査による課題分析を混合研究で進めていく予定でスタートした。しかし、調査は、コロナ禍の影響を受け、回収率が悪く、十分な調査結果までには至らなかった。調査対象である訪問看護ステーションへ、1042か所に郵送したが、回収率は約4％にとどまった。そのため、回収期間の延長を行い、6か月期間の延長にて依頼を行ったが回収率は上がらなかった。以上により、研究成果の学会発表や論文投稿までは達成できなかった。さらに海外の多文化に関する情報を得るための渡航もコロナ禍により実現できなった。現在、回答を得た40人のデータを分析中ではあり、その途中結果では、訪問看護ステーションでACPを実践した看護師は男性8人、女性12人であった。また、国別では中国、韓国、アメリカの順に多く、訪問看護師はACPが「必要と思う」が67％で半数が必要と思っていた。また、在宅メンバーで情報の共有を「している」看護師は22％、「していない」看護師はは55％、であり、必要と思っているが情報共有が十分でないことが示唆された。それを受けて、ACPの実践や関わりで困ったことについて因子分析を行い、2因子「プロセス」と「説明」が抽出された。そこで、「説明」を従属変数とし、「ACPの情報共有」と「チームでACPを必要と思っている」を独立変数とした重回帰分析を行った結果、「ACPの情報共有」している方が有意に関係した（P<0.038）。質的研究は、ACPを体験した訪問看護師へのインタビューも並行して進めている段階である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the research topics related to the implementation of ACP(Access Control Program) in the field of nursing care utilization among resident foreigners, and to investigate the problems of ACP in the field of nursing care.
