コロナ禍の影響を受ける中、対象者のリクルートが困難で研究の進捗状況にも影響があった。その中で、2022年度は、男性家族介護者の追加と、前年度からの対象者への継続調査を実施した。前年度から継続して調査を実施できたのが３人であった。その3人については、2022年度には、各人とも半年毎で2回の継続訪問調査を実施することが出来た。また、被介護者の死亡、本人の希望により2022年度に対象者から除外となったのが２人いた。2022年度に入り新たに6人の調査対象者を得ることが出来た。現在の対象者は、夫が7人、息子が2人である。これまでの調査でみても夫が介護するのが約7割で息子が介護するのが約3割になっている。ほぼ同じ割合である。現状としては、研究の成果を得るまでには至ってなく途中の段階で、2022年度は、質問紙調査結果の統計データ化、インタビュー内容のテープ起こしまでができていて、それらの結果等については分析の途中の段階である。本研究の目的としては、経年的に調査した結果を分析し、男性家族介護者への支援対策であるモデル開発を行う計画であるため2024年度に最終的な成果として仕上げる予定としている。また、全国規模の虐待・殺人の実態調査については、2022年度は情報収集の段階で、次年度にまとめることしている。さらに、Zarit介護負担感に関しても既存の文献データを基に統計的に整理し再分析している段階である。2023年度には分析し終える予定である。次年度においては、これらの結果について学会等で発表する予定としたい。
