本研究全期間の目的は、前十字靭帯（ACL）損傷・再建術前後のリハビリテーション医療の最適化に向け、再建術後患者の心理的準備のスポーツ種目別因子を解明すること、そして、この知見に基づくリハビリテーションプログラムを試作し評価することである。学術的独自性は、ACL損傷・再建術後患者における心理的準備への複数の身体機能因子の寄与度についてスポーツ種目ごとに多変量解析を行う事、および申請者が作成した日本語版ACL-RSIを用いる事である。スポーツ種目ごとで、複数の身体機能因子と心理的準備の関連性が明らかになり、再建術前後のリハビリテーション医療におけるコンディショニングの基盤知見樹立となることが学術的創造性となる。本研究成果は心理的準備向上のための効果的かつ新たなリハビリテーション医療の標準化に発展することが学術的波及性となる。当該年度の主目的はACL損傷・再建術後患者におけるスポーツ復帰に向けた心理的準備のスポーツ種目別因子を解明することであった。スポーツ種目ごとに目標症例数を満たした時点で、日本語版ACL-RSIの総スコアを目的変数とした回帰分析を行った。計測時期（術前、術後3/6/12ヵ月）ごとの横断研究に加えて、縦断データを含めた分析も行った。年度末までに、後ろ向き調査データと合わせてデータベースを構築した。競技種目や術後経過時期により多変量解析に投入できる説明変数の数は異なるが、再建術後患者数が比較的多い主要球技種目における心理的準備因子が明らかとなった。単独種目で目標症例数に満たないものは、競技での動作や接触のタイプによりグループ化して分析した。より詳細なサブグループ分析のため年度を超えてフォローアップ、データ収集を継続する。
