本研究では，生体肝移植ドナーに対する術前ダイエットプログラムの効果と妥当性を多角的観点から検討し，エビデンスに基づくプログラムを作成することで，術前介入を要するドナーの適切な選定と効果的な介入を可能にし，ドナー不足解消と移植成績向上並びにドナーの安全性確保やQOL維持を目指す。令和4年度（2022年度）は，これまでに当施設における術前ダイエットプログラムを実施した生体肝移植ドナー候補者から得たデータ分析の結果により，生体肝移植ドナー候補者の社会的背景や生活習慣等がダイエットに影響している可能性が示唆されたことから，生体肝移植ドナーの社会的側面に着目した文献を収集して解析対象とするデータ項目の再検討を試みた。今回は条件に合致する文献を得られなかったが，生活習慣に関連する事柄として，食事や運動を記録する手段にアプリやスマートウォッチ等のデバイスを使用したという報告があり，身近なツールを活用して日々の成果を具体的な数字として可視化することで，日常生活の中にダイエットを無理なく組み込むと同時にダイエットの継続意欲を高めるような工夫が有効であることが示唆された。また，医療従事者側の観点からも記録の確認や共有が容易になり，より個別に具体的で的確な指導を行うことが可能になると推察された。これらのことから，各々に適したツールの提示や選択及び利用が簡便なツールの開発等が求められることが考えられた。今後，質問紙調査や面接調査を検討する上で，ダイエットに取り組む生体肝移植ドナー候補者がどのような支援を必要としているかという視点での情報収集が必要である。次年度は，新規生体肝移植ドナー候補者に対して，QOLや心理的側面を評価するための質問紙調査を実施予定である。
