本研究は、糖尿病治療中断が多いとされる50歳未満の成人2型糖尿病患者の治療中断を予防するために、糖尿病治療中断リスク評価ツールを開発し、それを活用した看護支援の内容を明らかにする研究である。研究は3段階に分けて進めている。第1段階 糖尿病治療中断予防支援の現状を明らかにする第2段階 糖尿病治療中断リスク評価ツールを開発する第3段階 糖尿病治療中断リスク評価ツールを活用した支援を明らかにする2022年度は、第1段階の現状調査を分析し、その結果を第27回日本糖尿病教育・看護学会学術集会で発表をした。現在は、第2段階の実施に向けて計画を進めている。
