项目摘要

本研究の目的は、保育所での母乳育児支援プログラムを開発し、その介入効果を検証することである。具体的内容は、以下の3点である。1)保育士の母乳育児に関する知識と支援の実態を明らかにする。同時に乳児期の子どもを保育所に預けている母親の母乳育児継続に関する思いを明らかにする。2) 1)の結果を踏まえ、母乳育児支援プログラム（保育士に対する母乳育児支援に関する知識と技術の提供、母親に対する母乳育児支援など）を数か所の保育所で実施し、内容について検証する。3) 2)で検証した母乳育児支援プログラムを研究対象地域にあるすべての保育所で実践する。介入後、保育士及び母親への量的研究により、保育所における母乳育児支援プログラムの効果を検証する。3年目である2022年度は、前年度までに実施予定であった、1)保育士の母乳育児に関する知識と支援の実態を明らかにする。同時に乳児期の子どもを保育所に預けている母親の母乳育児継続に関する思いを明らかにするため、保育士の知識と支援の実態、母親の意識について調査を行う予定であった。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴い、研究対象者との調整が難しい状況であったため、以下、3点を進めた。1点目：保育施設に勤務する保育者の母乳育児支援に対する思いの分析を行い、調査用紙の作成を研究分担者と行った。現在、倫理審査委員会への申請をしている。2点目：国内・国外の保育施設における母乳育児支援の取り組みの現状を把握することとし文献検索を行った。関連文献の収集は十分とは言えない状況であるため継続的に収集していく。また、情報収集の機会として日本母乳哺育学会学術集会及び母乳育児支援に関する勉強会に参加した。
