本研究の目的は、先天性心疾患（Congenital Heart Disease：以下、CHD）児が日常生活上の様々な活動遂行の可否や程度を自身で判断し、決定する能力をその生育過程において培うために、症状マネジメントの実施と支援の方策を見出し、CHD児の社会適応促進の一助とすることである。そのため、本研究においては、①CHD児とその養育者がどのように症状マネジメントを実施し、確立するかを明らかにすること、および、②CHD児と養育者の症状マネジメント実施への関連要因を検証し、明らかにすることを研究目標として掲げている。上記の目的・目標に基づき、CHD児とその養育者に対してインタビュー調査を実施する予定としていたが、全国的にCOVID-19感染拡大状況が続いており、罹患した場合に及ぼす被害の大きさ、それに対する不安の大きさを考慮し、CHD児に対する直接インタビューはまだ実施できていない。インタビュー調査の遂行が遅延する中、令和３年度より、令和２年度に実施したCHD乳幼児の母親に対する質問紙調査の分析を進めていたが、CHD養育者においては、CHD児の「症状マネジメント」という概念よりも、「体調管理」という概念を用いた方が、より当事者意識に近い形でインタビュー調査を行えると判断した。そのため、令和4年度は、「CHD乳幼児の養育者が我が子の体調管理方法を確立するプロセス」として研究計画書を倫理審査委員会に提出し、研究実施の承認を得た。現在、感染予防・管理に配慮しながら、CHD児の養育者に対するインタビュー調査を実施中である

The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the ability of congenital heart disease (CHD) to perform activities in daily life, and to provide support for the development of Congenital heart Disease (CHD). This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between CHD and parenting symptoms and to establish the relationship between CHD and parenting symptoms. The above objectives and goals are based on the consideration of the importance of CHD and its parents in the implementation of the COVID-19 investigation, the determination of the national COVID-19 infection situation, the occurrence of COVID-19 infection, and the direct implementation of the CHD investigation. The implementation of the survey was delayed in the middle and third years, and the analysis of the survey was carried out in the middle and third years. The concept of "symptom management" of CHD was used in the middle and third years. The consciousness of the parties was used in the investigation. In 2004, the study proposal was submitted to the Ethics Committee for approval of the study implementation. Currently, infection prevention, management, and parenting are being implemented.
