项目摘要

令和4年度は、リプロダクティブライフプランニング支援のプログラム案作成に繋げるため、挙児を希望する有配偶女性を対象とした面接を計画していたが、新型コロナ感染拡大状況のなか、計画をすすめることに困難をきたし、実施することができなかった。研究テーマに関連した文献の検討や、参加した研究会の内容から、生殖のライフプランにはプレコンセプションケアの考え方の重要性が高まっていることがわかった。将来の妊娠を考えながら、女性やカップルが自分たちの生活や健康に向き合うことであるプレコンセプションケアは、その対象を思春期前期から生殖可能年齢にあるすべての人々とされている。生殖年齢にある女性たちの妊孕性に関する知識のニーズがあることが推測された。かつて我が国の思春期教育は、予期せぬ妊娠予防や性行為感染症予防といった内容が主眼であったが、近年、ジェンダーの考え方や性と生殖に関する健康といった国際セクシュアリティ教育ガイダンスのキーコンセプトが取り入れられてきている。しかし、現在、日本の女性の第一子出産年齢（30歳）前後にある対象は、そのような教育に触れられてきていないものが多数と思われる。そのような背景も含め、いま子どもを持つことを具体的に考え始める段階にある対象に、どのような教育が求められているか、その内容は方法について検討できるよう、次年度は面接調査を実施し明らかにすることで、プログラムの構築を進めたいと考える。
