本研究の目的は高齢者介護施設における感染管理体制の実態を明らかにし、高齢者介護施設の全職員が活用できる、薬剤耐性菌伝搬予防のための教育プログラムを開発することである。研究計画は2020年から2030年であったが、新型コロナ感染症蔓延の影響で、高齢者介護施設での調査が難しい状況が続いており、研究が遅延している。今年度は、高齢者介護施設のケアマネージャーおよび、訪問看護ステーションの看護師、理学療法士、訪問入浴施設の介護員に対して口頭での感染対策に関する聞き取り調査を実施した。感染対策の実施に関しては、新型コロナ感染症の蔓延後は、それ以前と比べて、徹底した対策が取られていると全員が回答した。感染対策で念頭に置いている疾患や状況に関しては、新型コロナ感染症、インフルエンザウイルス、ノロウイルスなどの回答があり、薬剤耐性菌という回答はなかった。
