项目摘要

本研究の目的は、高齢者介護施設における職員の感染対策行動の実態を明らかにし、介護現場における感染対策教育ツールの活用効果を検証することである。そこで、本研究の構成としては、1）高齢者介護施設における職員の感染対策行動（感染対策に対する認識、手指衛生のタイミング、環境衛生の実施等）及び各施設での感染対策の取り組みの実態調査の実施、2）感染対策教育ツールの活用効果を検証するにあたり、前後での手指衛生及び環境衛生の実態として、モニタリングシステムやATPふき取り検査A3法等にて客観的データの収集としている。そのため、1）における当初の予定として、高齢者介護施設における職員の感染対策の実態調査と各施設の感染対策の実施状況については同時調査することとしていたが、Covid-19流行拡大にて介護スタッフへの負担が増大していた時期であったことからも、段階的に各施設における感染対策の運営・実施状況の調査から行うことに変更することとなった。また、介護報酬改訂において居宅系サービス等も含まれたことから、対象施設を長崎県内の介護サービス事業所として感染対策の運営・実施状況の実態調査を行うこととし、本学倫理委員会への提出書類を準備している状況である。よって、介護施設職員を対象とした感染対策の実態調査については、各施設における感染対策の実態調査終了後、教育ツールを活用した感染対策教育支援の介入調査に協力を得られる介護サービス事業者を対象として実施していくことで検討している。
