项目摘要

3年目となる2022年度は、昨年度実施することができなかったトルコでの実地調査を2回行った。第1回は2022年9月1日から15日にかけて、トルコの西部（A市）、中部（B市）、南東部（C市）の3都市において10名のシリア難民にインタビューし、主としてトルコ社会での社会統合状況について聞き取りを行った。またトルコで活動するNGOや研究者とも面談し、トルコ政府の難民政策や支援施策、シリア難民をめぐる社会情勢、研究課題などについて意見交換を行った。第2回は2023年3月23日から4月4日にかけて、トルコの西部（A市）、中部（B市およびD市）、南東部（E市）の3都市で11名のシリア難民にインタビューを行い、第1回に引き続き主としてトルコ社会での社会統合状況について聞き取りを行った。本来は南東部のC市での調査を予定していたが、2023年2月のトルコ・シリア大地震により同地に緊急時代宣言が発せられたため、中部のD市および南東部のE市に調査地を変更した。また前回同様にトルコで活動するNGOや研究者、政府関係者らとも面談し、トルコ政府の難民政策や支援施策、シリア難民をめぐる社会情勢、研究課題などについて意見交換を行った。他方で、2022年4月30日に多文化社会研究会と共催で「第172回多文化共創フォーラム」を開催し「ウクライナ情勢を巡るトルコの動向と難を巡るEUと日本の動き」と題する報告を、続く11月14日にはシンポジウム「ロシア・ウクライナ紛争の原因と影響」（主催：帝京大学、後援：千代田区）では「ウクライナ難民への一時保護による対応:トルコからの示唆」と題する報告を行い、1年目・2年目に行った研究成果の一部について発表した。また自治体国際化協会の多文化共生ポータルサイトに、コラム「多文化共創とコミュニティ：トルコから見たウクライナ危機」を寄稿した。
