项目摘要

2022年度は2020年度から続いていた新型コロナ感染症によるパンデミックの規制が日本を含め世界的に徐々に緩和されたことを受けて、本研究課題に関わる活動に関わる人々と対面でコミュニケーションを取りながら研究活動を実施することに注力した。あわせて本研究課題の研究活動期間終了後も本研究課題を発展させた研究課題を継続させるための、今後の研究活動を見据えた取り組みも積極的に展開した。現地調査として実施した研究活動としては、本研究課題の課題であるソーシャルロボットやデジタル技術を日常生活でケアを必要とする人々が自宅や施設などのケアにおいて、どのように活用しているかのインタビュー調査を実施した。またあわせて、コミュニティや自宅でのケアを公的に支えまた支出や責任も負う地方自治体の管轄部署の責任者やケア施設担当者及び責任者にもインタビュー調査を実施することができた。またこれら調査結果やこれまでの研究による知見を生かし、各種の学術雑誌や国際会議等で本研究課題の研究成果を報告することも積極的に進めた。具体的には、本研究代表やおよび研究分担者2名で出版された英語論文6本ならびに日本語論文1本、研究成果報告は国際会議5本ならびに日本での学会発表及び講演2本となっている。新型コロナウィルスによるパンデミックの影響もあり、オンラインでの国際会議発表となったものが多いが、年間の計画以上の研究成果とその公表を行うことができた。さらに本研究課題を今後発展させるための準備も研究成果報告とともに進め、本研究課題をもとにする研究プロジェクトのスタートアップ助成に応募するとともに、海外研究者とのネットワークを活かし本研究課題を発展させた後継の研究課題のための国際的な研究助成プログラムへの申請にも着手した。全体として研究活動での機動性も上がり、非常に充実した研究ができた研究年度にすることができた。
