项目摘要

２０２２年度は、２０２１年度に着手できなかった以下２点を行うことができた。（１）教師研修で収集したデータの分析および追加データの収集・分析：２０２１年度前半に、継承語学校および補習授業校教師を対象としたワークショップを実施し、データを収集した。また、研修参加者にインタビューを行い、追加のデータも収集した。インタビューでは、研修に対する振り返りや研修後の教育実践などについて聞き取った。データの分析結果から、学習者の混淆的アイデンティティ構築を支える教育を行ううえでの難しさと教師研修の有用性が見えてきた。論文１本が公開されるとともに、２０２３年度に行われる国際学会での口頭発表が採択された。（２）リソースの充実と公開：ストーリーの語り手の年齢や居住地域を広げ、新たに６名のライフストーリーを聞き取り、うち４名のストーリーを作成した。ウェブサイトを公開し、昨年度までに作成したものと合わせて合計１０本のストーリーを掲載した。日本語教育学会国際連携委員会が主催した「世界中の日本語教育関係者のためのオンライン交流会」で、成果発表を行い、参加者からフィードバックを得た。また、残り２名のストーリーを作成中である。さらに、教師の語りを研究することや、教師にとっての語りの意味などについて執筆・話題提供を行い、考えていることの発信および他の研究者との意見交換ができた。これらは、より効果的な教師研修の在り方を考察するうえで有用であった。
