项目摘要

本年度は、昨年度に実施した調査の結果をまとめ、報告書を作成するとともに、調査結果の分析を行い、研究成果を学会や論文等で公開した。調査は、全国の専門学校職業実践専門課程を対象とし、郵送・オンラインで実施した。本調査は、職業実践専門課程の認定の前後で、専門学校教育とその教育課程編成の方針にどのような変化が生じているのか、具体的に明らかにすることを目ざした。特に、職業実践専門課程における職業実践的な教育が「企業等との連携」を通して行われることによる影響を明らかにするために、企業等との連携によって変化した点について、重点的に質問項目をたてた。調査結果からは、職業実践専門課程における企業等との連携の強化は、資質・能力・態度など目に見えにくい能力の育成の重視につながっていることが明らかになった。そのような能力の育成を保証するための教育改善については、実習時間の増加や実務家教員による授業実施など、実践的な教育機会を重視する傾向がみられた一方で、学生への個別的・集団的指導を重視しようとする傾向は相対的に低くなっており、学生個人の資質・能力の育成は重視しながらも、学生への指導を軽視するような矛盾する傾向もみられた。このような傾向は分野によって差があることも明らかになり、今後の検討課題となっている。また、本調査では、職業実践専門課程が、企業からの人材育成要求に積極的に応答しようとし、資格教育課程も含む教育課程編成を柔軟化させようとしていることも明らかになった。本年度の研究では、職業実践専門課程が「企業等との連携」を主たる方法とすることによる教育の変化の一端が明らかになった。これらの傾向は、高等教育段階の職業教育における変化であるのか、専門学校独自の傾向であるのかもまた検討課題として残されており、次年度以降に検討することとなった。
