项目摘要

2021年のアジア救急医学会で発表した、コロナ禍で注目されている遠隔シミュレーション教育の有効性を医学教育感情尺度を用いて評価し、遠隔シミュレーションの効果は通常の対面シミュレーションと同等である可能性が示され、その成果を欧文原著論文として2023年に出版した。また、感情の帰属因子とされる動機づけを評価するための尺度の妥当性検証も並行して実施し、その成果を欧文原著論文として2023年に出版した。次に、医学生約120名の臨床推論におけるProblem-based learningをセッティングとした医学教育感情尺度のデータ収集を実施し、Problem-based learningでのチューターが教員と学生とで実施した場合の受講生に生じる感情のパターンが同等であることを示し、感情尺度は教育手法の有効性評価にも活用できることを2022年医学教育学会で発表し、現在、国際雑誌に原著論文を投稿中である。そして、2022年アジア太平洋医学教育学会で発表した医学教育感情尺度の因子分析結果について海外研究協力者と原著論文執筆をし、医学教育国際雑誌に投稿準備中である。さらには、小児救急領域での小児救急関連の学習者の臨床推論能力と医学教育感情尺度で測定された感情群との関連について、卒後専門教育レベルでの臨床的パフォーマンスと感情との関連についての新たな知見を得て、2022年国際救急医学会において発表し、現在、欧文原著論文執筆中である。現在、救急領域での臨床状況での感情尺度データ収集を終了し、解析を実施している。総じて、卒前から卒後教育、臨床現場までに至るまで多様な教育セッティングにおいて尺度測定を行い、妥当性検証を実施している。
