令和4年度の研究計画では、新型コロナウイルスの影響により開始が遅れていた炎症性腸疾患患者に対するセルフモニタリング・看護面接（認知再構成法）による介入群と対照群のデータ収集および比較を行う予定であった。しかし、引き続きコロナウイルスの感染に伴い、対象となる患者様の安全を担保できず、令和4年度も実施に至ることができなかった。そのため、研究に関する文献調査や研究会への参加し、情報収集などを行った。しかし、新型コロナウイルスに対する感染対策の緩和などにより、調査施設の協力・面接場所を確保することができ、当初予定された介入方法での検証が可能と考えられた。現在、基本的に対面で面談を行う方法で倫理委員会に倫理審査中である。倫理委員会からの許可が得られ次第、研究を開始できるよう、研究協力者とともに面談で使用する資料（認知行動療法の目的や方法に関する教材：動画）のブラッシュアップを行っている。今後の展開として、炎症性腸疾患患者に対するセルフモニタリング・看護面接（認知再構成法）による介入群と対象群のデータを収集していく。データがあつまり次第、対象者の基本属性などに関連した分析、介入効果の分析を行い、随時学会などで報告していく予定である。感染状況などに注視しながら、安全を確保しながらも方法などについて柔軟に対応していく。令和5年度以降の研究計画についても見直し、スムーズな研究成果を報告できるように関係各所と調整を行っていく予定である。

In the future, patients with inflammatory bowel disease will be treated with intervention and treatment (cognitive reconstruction method). The basic attributes of the target, the analysis of the correlation, the analysis of the intervention results, and the preparation of reports. Infection status, safety, and methods The research plan for the next five years will be submitted to the Ministry of Science and Technology for approval.
