本研究は、産後うつ病を予防するための保健師の教育プログラムの開発とその効果を検証することを目的としている。2022年度は、これまでに実施してきた、全国調査の結果および先行研究の内容について、関連学会での発表を行い、研究内容の整理、検討を行った。その後、インストラクショナルデザインの理論に基づき、教育プログラムの学習目標、評価方法の設定、eラーニングシステムを用いた、教育プログラムの展開方法を設計した。また、学習目標を達成するために必要な教材を開発するため、これまでのニーズ調査をもとに動画教材を開発した。これらの内容について、看護学研究者および教育学研究者から助言をうけ、保健師4名へプレテストを実施し、内容や使いやすさ等の検討を重ねていった。現在は、産後の母親に関わる市町村保健師に対して教育プログラムの対象者を募り、41名の研究協力者が得られ、研究協力者に対して、学習管理システム（Learning Managment　System；LMS)への受講登録を行い、教育プログラムの運用を開始し、その結果をまとめている状況である。
