项目摘要

養護教諭養成と一般の教科の教諭養成はそれぞれ別のシステムで行われており、カリキュラムベースで20％以下の重なりしかなく、重なる部分も一般教養であり、教員としての資質能力にかかわる部分では共通する授業はない。また養成者も全く異なるバックグラウンドであり、それぞれにどのように養成しているかについての共通理解を図る機会や場所も存在しない。このため個二つの教員はそれぞれ別々に養成が行われ、共通理解のないまま学校に配置されている。これが原因となって学校内での情報共有などにおいて溝が生じている可能性が考えられる。本研究では両者の溝について調査するとともに、これを補完するICTの活用方法について研究を進めている。令和4年度は、教員養成において教科の養成学生と養護教諭の養成学生が事故発生時に連携する必要性を認識し、さらにどのように連携する必要があるかについてその情報共有の詳細を時間経過を追って学ぶ授業に関して授業研究を行った。この授業研究は教職大学院、附属中学校と連携し行った。この結果、開発した授業を理科教育養成コース学生と養護教諭コース養成学生との協働授業として施行した。この結果について自由記述をもとにテキストマイニングの手法なども用い分析した。この結果を千葉大学教育学部研究紀要などに報告した。さらに、この結果に基づき開発したロールプレイを中心とする授業の改善を進め、卒業前に教員志望学生の実践力を高めるために開講されている教職実践演習の実質化に資する授業およびカリキュラムの開発を目指す。
