2022年度は主に以下の研究を行い、成果を出した。・中国からの輸入が日本の地域別・産業別雇用総数、雇用創出数、雇用喪失数に及ぼす影響を分析し、学術論文として刊行した。地域別分析では、最終生産財の輸入競争に強くさらされる地域では雇用が減少するが、生産に用いる原材料や部品の輸入の増加は雇用を増加させ、輸入全体の効果では雇用はそれほど減少していなかった。・慶應家計パネル調査を用いて貿易自由化に対する個人の選好を分析し、学術論文として発表した。従来から明らかになっていた所得や性別、職業、教育などの個人特性・認知能力のみならず、非認知能力も影響することが分かった。さらに、別の論文では、非認知能力を形成する社会的な規範について、慶應家計パネル調査及びドイツ社会経済パネル調査のワクチン接種行動を基に検証し、労働市場における負のショックの際、社会的規範が労働のレジリアンスにつながるかを日独比較した。・日本のコロナ禍における留保賃金の変化を調べた。パートタイムとフルタイム別に、留保賃金の変化に対する職業特性、感染リスク、地域の労働市場の逼迫、財政支援の影響を調べた。さらに、労働者の在宅勤務に対する評価は給与の数%という国際調査がある。しかし、地方や、女性が多く就いている職種、求人職種の種類が少ない地域では在宅勤務の可能性が低いことを明らかにした。学術雑誌掲載に向けて準備を進めている。・中国との国際貿易が日本の製造業の雇用への影響を分析した論文の執筆に取り組んだ。既存研究では中国からの輸入の効果のみを分析しているが、本論文では中国への輸出の効果も考慮し、さらに日本国内の生産バリュー・チェーンを通じた輸入と輸出の関連についても検証し新規性がある。データを用いた分析は既に終えており、現在論文としてまとめている。
